When it comes to park hours and 2022, prior years do not matter. The current year has greatly reduced park hours compared to pre-pandemic years.
Second, November will almost certainly have some sort of MK PM hard ticket event. Expect MK to close early numerous nights in November.
One small bright spot is that 2022 park hours appear to be slightly improved over 2021 park hours, but still are very reduced.
A rough guide for you would be to look over Easter 2-week period park hours, but not quite yet. Disney has been in the habit of modifying park hours about 2 weeks out. Dates close to Thanksgiving will probably be similar to Easter, except Easter surge is 2 weeks long. Thanksgiving is more concentrated. WDW hotel surge pricing runs 11/22-25. (Easter super surge pricing= 4/8-21, and only slightly lower rates 4/22+4/23.)
AKL Standard view: Easter =$651, 4/22= $596. 11/22: $613, but on 11/21 and 11/26 the rate goes down to $572. (Not that $572 is low, by any means.)
Even then, there is great uncertainty for what will the upcoming months. People might be eager to travel, or they might not be eager to travel to WDW in November. Also, the hotel rates can easily be manipulated if WDW doesn't have enough people willing to pay $600+, so take even the hotel rates as a rough guide for when WDW expects to see a holiday surge.
