what is the best rides to go to in typhoon lagoon it is our first time and we are going in august? help

Best thing to do is go first thing in the morning, when they open up. Lines are almost non-existent for the first couple of hours. That way you will be able to ride almost everything and get to experience it all.

My family (except DS(7)) loves the Crush n Gusher slides. But they are all fun, just depends on your age and what how much of a thrill ride seeker you are.

I think the very best thing to do is the snorkel with the fish/sharks. We loved it and did it a bunch of times. I didn't do any of the thrill rides though.

I loved floating around and around the lazy river. I loved the big wave pool. I liked the snorkelling but it is not like the real thing. I only went on a couple of slides. Still, we manage to stay most of the day 10-4 or so and really enjoy ourselves.

i was never really a water park person, but ill tell you.........we absolutely had the BEST time here (and BB) we loved swimming with the sharks, go right when you get there, it gets really crowded ( we were there in August). my dd and friends loved all the slides. i really enjoy the lazy river. you will all have a great time................(wish we were there now..........)

I agree! We absolutely loved TL, so much so we had to go twice last trip. Try everything. The thrill rides aren't as scary as BB. The wave pool is awesome.

My favorite thing to do at TL is ride the wave at the Wave Pool. Go out deep where it's not as crowded and it's a blast!!!

During our trip last October, we decided to do TL two days. We had so much fun the first day, we HAD to go back! We used to go "before the kids", and now that they are 4/5, it is much easier! We just love TL!! Of course, we had to do 2 more TL days during our 10 day trip in May too! And, we'll be doing 2 TL days in Sept.! Woohoo!!

One of the cutest things was when Lilo & Stitch were squirting us with the big water squirt guns, as we rode the lazy river! We quickly got out so my dd could get her picture made with them!
