Please help me decide between the 2 water parks. We're going in Nov and sadly BB will be closed. I've been to Wet n' Wild ( 8 years ago) and had a blast but it was the first water park I'd ever been to. Will I be disappointed with TL?? Which would you choose?

Since I'm a HUGE TL fan-- I'd pick TL over any other water park anyday. True to DISNEY it is wonderfully themed. It isn't at the same "thrill" level as some other water park. They have a really great lazy river, some really great slides, and the wave pool which is better than other's I've been in. Also the shark reef is really a unique break.

Thanks! If you were picking for thrill rides which would you choose? This will be one of our days off while our baby is being looked after so we really want to have a lot of adult fun (oops, better watch how I word that...). We love big slides etc.

I guess if you were going just for slides, then Wet N Wild would be where you would want to go. It's hard for me to pick something off site as Typhoon Lagoon is such an immersive experience. The theming alone makes this a more attractive choice than WnW. But for slides and slides only, WnW.

Go Mighty Ducks.....Oh wait....no season.....

I have not been to either BB or Wet & Wild.

Last year, we went to TL for the first time. We LOVED it. We ended up spending the entire day. The park is so pretty and relaxing. I'm not into big water slides, so I can't comment on that area. The wave pool was really neat. My dh really enjoyed body surfing. Shark reef is pretty cool, too.

I love Wet and Wild. They have way more than slides too. I rememebr a knee ski where you get pulled around liek you are sking but on a knee board, they have a firehydrant swing that you swing by alternating the hydrants to make it go, they have a much deeper lazy river so if your like me and dont care to use a tube its fun to play in, they have awesome slides including family ones and individual ones.

My favorite of the Disney Waterparks is Typhoon Lagoon but I think I would prefer Wet and Wild if I happened to be in that area verses staying only in Disney property.
