I heard that TLagoon and Blizz Beach are being refurbished or something while I am there. Does that mean the FREE Lots will be closed?

And if they are being refurbished, will busses not run from those lots?

and lastly - do the busses from those lots only run until the closing time of those parks i.e. 5pm? or say I stayed until the fireworks, could I get a bus back? or do you have to be back by 5pm when the water parks normally close.

Mainly I am wondering if you can still park and use the busses at these lots when the water parks are closed down for renovation/refurbishment?

Why would the lots be open or busses go there when the water park is closed for refurbishment? Those lots should only be used to attend that water park, not to park for free and go elsewhere.

In the cooler months they always have one waterpark closed for refurbishment while they keep the other one open.During these months the waterpark open usually closes early, like 5pm early and as the PP mentioned these lots are for the waterparks,if you park there to get out of paying for parking you'll end up spending two hours to go to a park as these buses don't run to the theme parks, and then to get back after fireworks I doubt you'll find a bus going to the waterparks, you might end up having to get taken back to your car by a security guard explaining to you the whole way why you shouldn't have left your car there.

Last spring we played mini-golf at Winter-Summer Land, which is across the parking lot from Blizzard Beach. Even though golf was open late for those with cars to drive, we were told to leave around BB closing time or shortly after if we wanted to get our resort bus! The waterpark buses only run for about an hour after the WP closes. Otherwise we would be on our own for a taxi.

The parking lots for the water parks are for the guests of the water parks, NOT for you to escape paying the parking fee at the Theme Parks. This is like the 4th time you have tried to squeek out of paying the fee. Pay the 14.00 like 99% of the offsite and day guests and please, stop trying to get the honest folks here to help you in your dishonest schemes.

If you are hoping to avoid parking fees, by parking in the water park lots...don't. They are not there for that purpose. And, there is no sure fire way of knowing if you are going to be able to get back to that lot via a park bus. You may find yourself paying for a cab.
Park in the lots for the parks. Budget enough money to pay for parking. Why? Oh, I don't know...maybe it's the right thing to do???

Cheshire Figment, a CM here that mostly works at TL, loves to tell the story of seeing people approach the TL turnstiles without any type of water park clothing on and ask where the bus stops are. He points them out but doesn't explain that getting to a park is going to be hard or that the buses stop running after TL closes.

Also I think he says there are always cars in the lot at closing and he wonders how people get back to their cars. Pretty sure the cab fare is more than the parking fee.
