Addie, the miniature golf course is Winter Summerland and it is NOT included with BB admission or even inside the park. It is, however, right next to it (though it has it's own parking lot if you're driving in). It's a cool miniature golf course where one side is winter (watch out for the spitting snowman!) and the other is summer. It's cute and great at night if you can drive in because guests staying at the resort can't get there (I believe) once the BB bus service stops.
As for the water parks, Typhoon Lagoon opened well before Blizzard Beach and it shows -- just as River Country (now closed) before Typhoon Lagoon.
At Typhoon Lagoon the waits aren't as long as BB because the body slides are offered in triplicate. Typhoon Lagoon has two strong selling points in the wave pool (BB's pool has the fake waves, but TL actually breaks up the slow waves with intervals of huge body waves that will send you flying -- quite fun for a park that is in so many other ways much tamer than BB). And the shark reef where you snorkel past many exotic fish (yes, including nurse sharks and you will probably be able to touch a stingray if you want to because they come up to the entry and exit areas to hang out -- unlike the other fish that prefer to stay in the reef itself).
But BB has FAR more to do in terms of slides. Actually, Wet & Wild is 15 minutes away and has a wider variety of slides than either park, but BB offers the best combination of thrills and cool theming (very nice lazy river with themed elements throughout). And, BB also has a skychair to get you to the top (Very crowded during peak times, but a welcome way to get to the top). TL is smaller but the lines are sometimes nonsensical (you go up and down a whole lot of stairs to get to the tame body slides -- BB is smart enough to make sure you're only going up -- then again, the slides are taller).
