Typhoon Lagoon- crowds on a Sunday

I am second guessing my itin because we plan on going to Typhoon Lagoon on Sunday May 7. I could switch things around to do AK in the am and MK in the evening and that way we would be at TL on Monday instead.

Will the crowds be a lot more? I know there will be some difference, I am wonderinfg how much of an impact it will be.

Any local with some insight?
