typhoon lagoon is closed up to the 17th of march in 2007 from i think january, have you ever known things like this to open earlier than expected,it will be open i hope for some of my trip but i love water parks and if the weather is pants for some of the days it will limit my options on when to go. :sad2:

Probably not going to open early as they schedule 1 of the water parks to be closed during winter for 'refurbishment' as attendance is so low. Blizzard beach will be open but I doubt they would open Typhon Lagoon early

I understand during the low season Disney always closes one of the water parks at a time for maintenance it is planned for this time as one park can accomodate all guests so in turn Blizzard then Typhoon close, Disney works out is work schudules very well has lots of expierance so they are usaually accurate.

Unless near then end and suddently attendance was far higher at the hotels than expected I think the reharb times are accurate. Main park rides with rehards have time added in for testing, and so they might open earlier, but this is part of a schdule, and they might close again if they have problems, useually they are good at their work and this hopfully doesnt happen giving the hope that rehabs finish early.

You should have been there last week, CM's said it was slack, all rides had little wait expect Peter Pan, I took the tumble weed off Main street before the afternoon parade! Acutally there was a good amount of people watching it, but only 1/2 deep we went 5 mins before spetromaigc and Dreams and found a place to watch both times, without booting anyone!
