Typhoon Lagoon buses rerouted to Epcot at 2pm?

I know that Typhoon Lagoon is currently closed, but when it reopens, does anyone know how the buses will work? Last year the buses were being rerouted to Epcot at 2pm due to Downtown Disney construction. Does anyone know if this will still be the case? On a side note........has it it been confirmed that the Shark Reef is being removed from Typhoon Lagoon?
