Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach in one day?

On the website it says, "If both water parks are open, you may come and go between them, as you please!"

It's been awhile since I've been to either park (the 90's) so when I read this I was a little surprised. So, that's true? If you purchase a ticket and both parks are open you can go to both of them the same day? Even if you purchase the ticket with blockout dates?

We bought one-day tickets for Blizzard Beach last April, and ended up going to both water parks. After our favorite rides at BB got crowded (and Summit Plummet was closed), we went over to TL, and finished the day there. Tiring, but great fun!
