two year olds free?

I was wondering exactly how the ages and prices work out for tickets and buffetts etc. for two year olds. novice here!!

Two year olds do not pay for admission, and they eat free at buffets. At other restaurants you can feed them off your plate, but if you order a children's meal you'll be charged for it.

under 3 are free for admission and buffests.
3 - 9 are "kids" for admission; 10 & older are adults
3 - 11 are "kids" for buffets; 12 & older are adults

They also eat free at any of the all you can eat, family style restaurants like Ohana and Liberty Tree Tavern.
