Two weeks from today for our first

trip as DVC owners. I can't believe it is finally so close! We bought DVC back in May and have been working and waiting until we could take our vacation! The past two times we went to WDW we went in February and I noticed the DVC booths. Finally, we sent away for the DVD and decided to buy. We are excited to be staying at SSR and just to be going to WDW as a family. It is such a wonderful place to spend time with the kids!!!! We are looking forward to many more trips in our future. We are also hoping that it will be nice time to visit as far as crowds. We are thinking it is past Jersey week, but also far enough from Thanksgiving that it won't be too crowded. We will be there for 6 nights and 5 days in the parks. Nov. 15 -21!!!!!

I remember our first trip as DVC members like it was yesterday. I was SO excited. We decided to stay at BWVs, and had a wonderful time!!!

You'll have a great time at SSR, and if you want a great meal, make reservations one night at the Turf Club. It's a little expensive, but it's one of my favorite restaurants at WDW!

Thank you! Those pics are great!!!! We can't wait! Also, we do have reservations for the Turf on our first night. Our flight comes in around noon. So, we are planning to explore the resort that day and have a relaxing evening - maybe go to Downtown Disney, but no parks until the next morning - crack of dawn of course!

Thank you all so much for the good wishes! Ever since buying and even a little before I started looking at the Disboards. It is such a great place to come to to share my Disney enthusiasm. I hope to be a member here for a long time to come and to share my Disney joy!

We will be leaving the day you check in, on the 15th. I wish we could stay longer! We have a long drive back to Michigan!

It is a great feeling the first trip as an owner when you check in and they say "welcome home", it feels so good and the whole thing will feel different to you than on any other trip.

I remember my first trip as a DVC member. It was so exciting. I'm actually going to be at SSR Nov 16th - the 22nd. Make sure you ask for a water view. You'll be amazed at how quite and peaceful SSR is. It almost hard to believe your at a Disney resort!
