Hello.

I know that I can make ressies for 180+10, but what about the days after? Will I have to wait until the 180 day mark or will I be able to make one more day each day after the 180+10 mark?

Make your ADRs for the first 10 days on your 180th day. The next day you can get day 11, next day day 12, etc.

If you are not trying to get LeCellier or any other restaurant that books up quickly you can wait until 180 days before your last day to make the ADRs for your last 4 nights at the same time.
