My wife and I took our kids to Disney for our first points stay back on May 9th, almost two months ago. We couldn't have had a better trip considering my son was diagnosed with diabetes less than a month prior to the trip. One of the ways we dealt with that was to put in an order via GardenGrocer.com so that we could prepare a few meals ourselves.
We noticed that a few items were missing and planned on calling to get that resolved, but due to the pace of life at Disney, we never got to it. I *just* called to see if there is anything they could do (nearly two months later). As it turns out, the items that were missing were all frozen, so it's likely that the frozen stuff got left in a freezer. Regardless, the gentleman I spoke to promptly told me that they'd refund me the cost of those items.
I will certainly be using them on our next trip (currently planned for Jan 2010!) and just wanted to pass along the positive review.
