If we do Cape May at 9;15 for breakfast, then spend the day at MK, would it be too much food to do an early sit down dinner at MK or one of the monorail resorts? Thanks!

In my opinion, probably not - but it depends on how early the dinner is. We usually do two sit down meals a day at WDW - breakfast and dinner - and grab a midday snack instead of a full lunch.

Probably not. It sounds like you would be skipping lunch. As long as you aren't on the dining plan, you could certainly only order what you need for dinner, while enjoying the atmosphere of the restaurant.

I would. I would not plan dinner too early though. If you plan breakfast at 9:15 you will likely not be eating until 9:30, by the time you are seated and greeted. You won't get to the MK until about 11:30, so I would plan dinner at my normal dining time. You can have a little snack during the parade, which would hold you til dinner.

Now where to have dinner in MK.. hmm...

Well, it depends on your group. Ifor you have little ones who love characters, I woudl chooser Crystal Palace. It is a buffet so you may not want two in one day. My family enjoyed the dinner break there where were planned to stay for WIshes though, and my DGD was in love with WInnie and Friends, so it was a win-win for us.

We liked Tony's too, but we are in the minority. It was a nice TS meal and not a buffet. No characters.

If you like the Beast, book Be our Guest. The Castle is lovely, and you can have a glass of wine with dinner. Again, a win-win forr me after all dray with my crew! LOL!

If you want an AYCTE meal similar to Thanksgiving and in a lovely early American setting choose LTT. If Diamond Horseshoe is opened, consider that one. My DD had a meal in July and thought it was good.

We did BOG QS lunch last year and thought it was awful. We already have LTT for lunch planned on our other day. I want to go to Tony's because I have fond memories of this restaurant as a kid, but the reviews are not too good!
