Two sit down meals a day

For us I can't imagine not doing a couple TS a day now. For us the food is a big part of our vacation now. We are rope drop people so if we want breakfast before rope drop then we do first breakfast option but if we can't hit one before rope drop then we do like a 10 AM breakfast or 11 AM lunch and then plan dinner around 7 or 8 or even 9. We usually go for like 7 or 10 days so the rides aren't everything for us.

I don't think that I have had a burger or nuggets at WDW in over 15 years. I tried them a couple of times and was very disappointed. Not worth the stomach space, IMO. I really miss Tangierine Cafe at Epcot. It's sad to say, but one of the main reasons why I don't go to MK as much is because of the lack of decent counter service food, especially compared to Disneyland food.
I hear you! I plan early MK visits just to ride the roller coasters and then it‘s out of the park and on to a different one; first thing we do is sit down to eat. The food at MK is generally a disgrace and it’s just not that hard to fix.

We’ve done 2 TS meals once, and only once. It just takes too much time. That is our main problem with it. We were also extremely full and it made the second tableservice less enjoyable for us.

If you just want to go with the flow and not do a lot of attractions or shows, 2TS meals a day could work just fine especially if you order on the “lighter side” for lunch and space your meals out a little more than usual.
