two questions on resale

1-- I've got a xxx pt resale in the works with xxx pts from 09 banked into 2010 August UY. I won't have much time left after closing ( if I pass) to deal with these pts. Can they be used for an RCI ressie search since they are banked pts. They need to be use before August 1 st. any suggestions

1) - Yes, you can use banked points for the World Passport Collection. Depending on how many points are involved you might need to add a few current points. This can extend the useful life of the points by a couple of years.

Here is the World Passport Collection point chart:

hey I just remember the 2nd question

2--when I get my 150 bwv resale does the resale company tell disney to add it to my 1st and 2nd contracts. they will all be Aug uy's or do I have to call and when do I call?

You (or broker) should inform Disney that you want the resale contracts made part of your prior main contract before you close. It is not done automatically.
