Two Questions - Coffee and Wireless

I have not been to WDW since November of 2004 and are now making plans for this November. Here are my questions.

1. Has the coffee situation improved? Last time I was running out to the coffee shop in Celebration to get our fix.

2. Wireless access - Is there more resorts with wireless? Any with free access? We stayed at POFQ and I had to schlep over to the Coronado convention area to get a signal.

Can only answer the coffee question. The coffee there still stinks. We alwys bring our own filters and coffee and make our own in the room. The stuff in the little packets they give you in the room make brown water, no taste at all. Not sure about the computers. At home all of us sit with our laptops on our laps all night long. When we go to disney, we leave behind the computers, we're on vacation and e-mail can wait.

Sorry...can't answer about the computers either (I don't want to talk to anyone from home or work while I am away on vacation). The coffee is terrible...my DH will swallow it down if he has to. I go to the Pepper Market every morning and get a cappucino to start my day off.

In my opinion the coffee situation hasn't improved. I always bring a bag of D-n-D small filters (for the hotel rooms)/large filters (for DVC rooms) from home and buy 1/2 & 1/2 to brew in the room. Providing they've supplied you with a clean coffee maker (check the water compartment for mold!) and you use bottled water you should be able to get a decent cup of joe. There is a starbucks in the Dolphin if I'm correct.

Wireless still is not available in most resorts. It's a cabled connection at $9.95 / 24 hours of connectivity from your room. I've heard mention that some conceriege areas (contemporary?) offer free access and even computers, but again it's wired. SSR, being a huge convention center, *may* offer wireless but I'm not sure on this... anyone with more info?

Ah good find! So it looks like Wi-Fi is coming along slowly. Convention centers & some of the Deluxe lobbies & pool areas... huh... my notebook at the pool with wet kids running up to me?:scared:
... I think not! :rotfl:
