How do I get a countdown banner and put it on my posts (pls make instructions for the technologically challenged)
and I would like to arrange for gift baskets to be in room on arrival and also other gifts to be delivered to room while we are to surprise kids - how do I go about making these arrangements?

As for your other question, google Disney Florist and you will find their site and can make arrangments for an order through them.
