Two Hilton Head Questions

Hi Y'all. I'm giddy to be heading to HHI to relax before the holidays run me over. Two quick questions:

1. We have requested a marsh view via email. The online check-in did not give me that as an option to request. Are there 3-bedroom units that face the marsh? Is it hard to get one? Is there anything else I need to do to make it happen?

2. Would you swim in the pools if it's 70 degrees? We live in SC, so it's not like we're New Yorkers heading down for whom 70 will feel like summer. Just curious how heated they are.

Thanks in advance!

I can answer the first question, but don't know about the second. There's a 3 BR (grand villa) in Building 18 that faces the marsh. It's probably my favorite view. We always call and put our room requests in then, don't so on-line check in.
As far as the second, we wouldn't swim at 70 degrees, but people do. We live in an area that's much warmer than South Carolina, the furthest south in the continental US. Today it's 77 degrees, usually USA Todays hotspot, so unless it's at least 85 degrees we won't swim. However, we used to live in Massachusetts, and 70 degrees was warm enough for us!
