Ok we picked up the bike last night. And today was. My first ride !!!!!!

Brandi that bike is sweet.. Even better with you riding it.. I am so jealous!! I love a bike and my dh doesn't ride and I can't even ride a bicycle with my stupid balance.. I will have to come visit you and you can take me for a ride Looking at next summer coming out east for a couple weeks.. This will be my first summer since 07 not coming out east.. Although I still might try to meet Heather half way in PA. sometime this summer...

There are some great outlet malls around here and all along the cost.

I vote Girls trip!

It will be Western PA, since that is about halfway. Maybe Pittsburgh, or Grove city outlets. But I will now be browsing only if we shop. that is still fun without kids hanging on me though! Of course, will be involved.

David and I head back to the Hippodrome in Baltimore to see West Side Story.

It was more Operatic than I expected, but it was still a beautifully, tragic Love Story.

April 27, 2011....

The day all of the Tornadoes ripped thru my home town of Decatur, Al I was at the Ball Park, in D.C. watching the Nationals Vs. Mets

It rained again, so this is the third game that we have had tickets two and all of them have been rain delayed or cancelled due to rain, our track record is not very good at the moment...

We left in the 5th inning it was getting too late and we had over an hour to get home and work in the morning, 5Am was fast approaching....

When we left the nats were winning 2 to 1, but the Mets ended up winning 6-3

David and I are back at the Hippodrome to see Elvis....Heart of the King.

This is the promo for it......

Shawn Klush, winner of Graceland's Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, stars in a show which comes as close as it gets to seeing the King live. Heart of the King brings to the stage Elvis' original drummer, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer DJ Fontana, as well as vocal group The Sweet Inspirations. This musical tribute, also featuring Cody Slaughter as Young Elvis, takes audiences through the King's entire career.

We had a wonderful time.... I knew all the words to every song and everyone was singing and dancing and having a wonderful time!

May 21, 2011 - Wine in the woods

David and I volunteered to pour wine for 3 hours, this is in support of a Co-Op of Maryland Wineries, call ed Port Of Leonardtown.

We had such a great time, the people we were working with were great and we were so VERY busy, almost non stop for 3 hours, just talking and pouring wine...

It was crazy busy, and you all know that I have a hard time talking to people ... Anyway, I was so busy, I did not take any pictures and afterwards we walked around the festival and then went home, it was hot and I was tired....
