Two FoF parades?

Someone elsewhere mentioned that sometimes there will be two FoF parades? Does this ever happen in summer? How far in advance would it be posted if it were going to?

Just looked at the TA calendars for the rest of the year and currently only 7/3 & 7/4 show two FoF parades.

odd i went a month ago and it was put on at noon, and at 3pm

this was done for a few weeks during spring break. It was never done before that. So we can't say yet if it's ever happened in summer, because this spring was the first time.
