How come I'm always the last to find these "hang-outs"... Uhm, I mean Trip Reports.

Ok, first of all, congrats on the Marriage thingy.

Psst...Goof, was this a shotgun sort of thing?

Second, gee, cloudy in Seattle? Who woulda thunk? Lived there for a spell... too long a spell...

Fourth, first timer at Teppenyaki eh? Well, it will be the first time for the rest of us also as they shut it down when I was there (two weeks ago) and were remodeling. Take lots of pix. I can't wait to see the changes.

Fourth, that's quite a step up in rack rates to go from ASSp to the Poly!! We love the poly. Very romantic.... nice bar area at O'Hana's... Live musician who looks like a cross between Roy Orbison and Eddie Van Halen.

Ummmm, no?? My job allows me to Dis pretty much the whole shift unless the students decide to cook up trouble and then I am on the phone dealing with the police/fire department/ambulance service.

When Buzz proposed to me, it was soooo romantic. We were living in this stinky, horrible basement apartment and one day, I was in there trying to clean it and make it livable and he comes bursting through the door, "uh, Lin, what are you doing in December?"

"Nothing much, why?"

"I was thinking um, um, um, um, I have an idea! maybe we could get, um, um, um, get, um, um, um married? You'd be a good tax write off for me. We could get a computer then."

"Oh, ok. What day?"

Then I went to tell my parents. My dad didn't talk to me for 2 weeks.

Also, on the sleeping in thing. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to sleep in. Even when I get up at noon, I can't talk for the first 30 mins. or so. I love to sleep. So- when we're in WDW, I never get to sleep in. It totally sux, but I just remind myself that getting up early in WDW is better than a day sleeping in in Montana. It is. It really is. Sure it is. Of course it is. Why can't we sleep in in WDW???????

Totally untrue. I proposed on a cliff top with angels singing and rose petals being tossed upon us like royalty at the grand ball. There was even a full orchestra playing. It was beautiful.

When we got engaged, DH's parents went into a big snit for a month or so

My parents brought out the champagne - They were celebrating the last of their 7 kids to leave home. I think they couldn't wait to get rid of me

We are officially down to 29 days!!!

We are all super excited back at the house, except for goofster (he's a little bitter). I just hope my room is still here when I get back. I'm sure we'll be making lots of phones calls like "guess where we're eating right now" and "we just rode THE LAND"(that one will get to mom, it's her fav.)

All of our plans are set, I've followed the passporter checklist extensively.
We have our plane reservations, our transportation, our ADRS, our marathon information, now all we need is WDW.

29 days still seems like a long time...so to make it come faster we decided to test our cooking skills and Indy1 and I made Canadian cheese soup with the recipe from Le Cellier.
I was a little scared that our version wouldn't measure up to the actual soup especially because we used microwavable pretzels instead of that delicious pretzel bread they have.
The verdict:
Me- eh, not so great.
Indy1- ate his and mine
Dsis/swmlvr- made a gross face and dumped it out in the sink
Mom/Sorceress- had seconds
goofster---DIDN'T EVEN TRY IT!!!
I know how horrible.
I think the beer flavor was a little too strong for swmlvr and me. I ate my entire pretzel though.

So now I'm anticipating Le Celliers cheddar cheese soup even more and 29 days still seems like a long time from now.
We have the DL CM Christmas Party tonight, I’ll take some pictures and post them!

You could at least return the favor once, you could use all that money you are putting away for our “Meals on Wheels” when we get older.

our special secret ingredient...we used lager but the recipe called for ale...that could be why it wasn't as tasty. we were able to find moosehead though.

What can i say? we're moochers! you did abuse our discounts quite a bit though so i think it was fair.
