Two different resorts, one is off property

This will be my first time Home since the Magic Bands were introduced. We are staying at OKW for a few days, then moving to Orange Lake for a week.

So many questions...

When we buy park passes, do I have to buy separate passes for the time we're at OKW and when we move to OL? Can all the passes be linked to the Magic Band?

I have Biergarten booked, and that will be during our time at OKW. What if I want to book something when we're at OL... can I still add that reservation to the Magic Band, or does my Magic Band 'end' when I check out of OKW.

Confused about this, since reading that off site guests need to purchase a Magic Band.

You will have a MB, so you do not have to buy one. You can buy a pass that is valid for your whole stay. You add the ADR to My Disney Experience, I do not think ADRs are on the MB, but I could be wrong.

Since you are staying at OKW first, you can book FP+s for that part 60 days out. If you stay off site you can only book 30 days out.

Nothing is on the band, the band is the key to your MDE account where your ADR's, tickets, FP's, AP's, are recorded.

You will be able to make FP+ reservations 60 days out for the days you are staying on property. For those nights you are off property you will be restricted to a 30 day in advance for FP+.
