We strolled thru the World Showcase with the Bellini, and we made it over to France. We made some new dis-friends over Grey Goose and Grand Marnier slushies

We were there for a bit, and before parting ways we stopped into Boulangerie Patisserie for a snack. I got a chocolate mousse, and it was really good

We wanted to get back and settle into our room during the hot part of the day. We made it back and our room was 2 rooms from the elevator!! So close to the lobby and very exciting!! We settled into the beautiful 1-Bedroom and there were 4 giraffes out our window waiting for us!! It was pretty hot when we were in Epcot, and I discovered I had a pretty bad sunburn.
We had the Captain's Grille scheduled for that night which is one of my top faves! I always get the crab cake and crab legs there. Unfortunately, I had the best, most meaty crab cake of my life the night before and crab just didn't sound good. I didn't want steak either... I just had an amazing steak and I just wanted something else. We had chinese and mexican already planned... I KNOW! I wanted spaghetti. Dave was in a whatever mood, so I called reservations and got us Tutto Italia. This would be new for us.
We made it to our reservation, the hostess took note of my Italian last name and we chatted for a moment about it. My father's side that raised me is 100%. We ordered Iced Teas, they have a tropical taste to them... not sure what it was, but we liked it. We munched on the bread options:
I ordered the child's mozzerella balls because I saw a picture and they looked good. Beware it's fresh mozzerella, and not your typical cheese stick cheese. Because of this... I wasn't a fan--I eat like a 4 year old.
He got calimari. This is his 2nd try at calimari, his first was in November at Mama Melrose. He didn't love his app, and preferred Mama Melrose's app to this. Maybe he really doesn't like calimari and doesn't know it? What I do know is there was a TON on his plate!
For the entree, he got the pork chop. He really liked it, but wished the portion was bigger. He also regretted not getting pasta after he saw other dishes coming out. Why does the heat make you order crazy things?
I got the spaghetti and veal meatballs. I know, simple, but I'm picky about my spaghetti. Before I moved out on my own at 19... I had only ever had homemade spaghetti and sauce. I cried when I opened my first jar of Ragu

I haven't been graced with the recipe yet... I'm hoping soon... but my aunt is a little crazy.
This was amazing. I was in love with it. The portion was huge and there were tons of meatballs. I wanted to keep eating, but I was at capacity. Dave kept stealing my meatballs... he liked them too
For dessert, I got the Lemon Sorbetti, and he got the Cannoli. We both made excellent choices. Mine was so smooth and refreshing... and of course... lemon! He destroyed his and was smiling, lol.
This was a great experience. We were drinking a LOT and they had a runner with drinks and she never let our glasses go dry. We would like to come back again for sure!! I think my family would like it here as well!
While we were there the little boy next to us came up and said that him and his family were leaving in the morning, but they had special fastpasses (still had 3 days before expiring) for Soarin and Test Track that they'd like us to have. We thanked them.... that was awesome!! That meant I didn't have to do rope drop in Epcot for FPs!! Yay for sleep! We left while Illuminations was going and made it back to our room. Tomorrow is Yak n Yeti and California Grill!
