Not sure about extending your checkout - but every trip Steve & I have left our bags with bell services on the last day and gone off to the parks/Downtown Disney, then pick them up just before DME
Also - if you'd like a shower, just ask at the front desk.. we did on our honeymoon and they said we could use the showers & changing rooms at the GF Spa, it was nice to freshen up before the long journey home!

Yes we had the castle view table which was lovely, although originally our server put us at a table next to it away from the window and then another family came along with their server who were actually supposed to be sitting there. Their server asked if we would mind moving to that table and we said no problem

Sounds like a great last day! What time is your flight? Maybe our paths will cross at the airport.... We're getting in on the 28th. Too bad our trips didn't overlap so we could meet for a margarita!

Our flight is at 7:30pm and am guessing ME will pick us up at 2-3pm. When do you guys get in?

Hello All

Happy Tuesday How are we all doing?

We got Mickey Mail yesterday which was very exciting.

It is a cute little booklet and has our whole itinerary printed inside which is very cool. Now all we're waiting for are our land docs and we are good to go

I looked at my ticker app this morning and it says 30 days until the wedding!!! We are literally days away now

I have my hen this weekend which is going to be lots of fun. Am starting the day with Afternoon Tea and a Massage with my mum, then heading out to a Polynesian style bar as a meet up point, then on to dinner and dancing for the rest of the evening. Should be a great night out and I know that my MoH is plotting away with some of the girls as she has that evil glint in her eye, but its all good fun and they know how far to go with me so...

In other news, not sure how many of you are following World News (apart from my fellow Brits here), but its pandaemonium in London right now with all these rioters and looters. Its really scary as the areas they report on are very close to where we live and work, but thankfully (touch wood, fingers and toes crossed) it hasn't hit here yet. But I feel like its only a matter of time.

There is a small shopping centre and a strip of shops about 15-20 minutes from home / 10 minutes from my office that has had windows smashed, I expect this area to be hit again tonight but worse. We have a woman who rents the flat upstairs from our office, she said there were 20 of these kids hanging around with machetes and knives, they smashed a bus to pieces once it stopped at the stop to let people on/off, they also smashed a police car and flipped it over when they responded to the 999 calls.

Early reports of gangs of youths heading towards Hatton Garden (Jewellery and diamond dealers, very very expensive stuff) and also London's west end shopping district.

It's going to be another long night. Hoping none of these spill towards where we live, lucky there's not many shops near us worth trashing.

I was listening to the news yesterday and thinking of you both and all the other DISers in the UK. Hope you both remain safe and the trouble stays out of your area. It has started in Manchester today - am hoping it's just a small thing that will not erupt into something bigger but we shall see.

Thanks Things have calmed down it seems, not as much unrest as last night. Could be to do with the 16,000 police that were deployed against last nights 6,000.

Evening all, hope we're all doing ok

Little wedding update for you, nothing too exciting or major mind but I'm v proud of it.

My wedding notebook fell apart weeks ago and I have had to carry it round with all the paperwork bound together with an elastic band. It got to the point where it was getting ridiculous, so off I went looking for a replacement. I wanted something with a pattern on front that would suit a wedding theme but couldn't find a thing So I ended up settling for a plain white/clear book. Then I had the idea to buy stickers and decorate. Finally got round to ordering the stickers and they turned up yesterday, so I spent my lunch hour decorating my new notebook.

What do you guys think?
