Thanks to Schmuck Male Person #457 who just canned me for reasons unknown, I just ate not one but two candy bars from the work vending machine. (I'm theoretically on Atkins.)

ARGH!!!

Does anyone know if convents accept non-Catholic applicants???

Thanks you two! :) (And binny, your post made me smile - the schmuck in question was a boyfriend, not a boss.) Yesterday turned into a total carb binge; I won't even tell y'all what all I ate, you'd be ill. Back on the wagon today, and I'm using Fitday to give me more willpower not to cheat. For some reason, having to see it on the chart hurts more than just knowing I'm not eating right.

We all have our "two candy bar" days! I had one last week myself! Just get right back on teh wagon. One day should not set you back that much!

usually I do have "two candy bar" days
however they are quaker lowfat apple or raisin or choc chunk granola bars
I know i shouldnt be eating these either but they are enough to keep me away from the real candy bars

good luck - just get back on track and you'll do ok

i use fitday everyday to keep me on track - i recommend that site to everyone
 
I'm so sorry you had such a bad day. I just wanted to give you some support and a cyber hug. Low carbing can be challenging (like another other diet program I guess) when you have stressers and emotions coming in to play. Like another poster said, get your revenge by staying on program and looking and feeling your best!

We are here for you and we all know you can get back on the wagon and stay OP. :)
 
I'm doing much better today. :) Between breakfast, snack, and lunch, only 2g carbs, from cheese. Of course afternoons are when my good intentions usually get blown to bits, so keep your fingers crossed for me! :sunny:
 
I know that you'll do better today. Sorry to hear about the schmuck :( But today should be a better day and you're off to a great start! I fall off plan sometimes too, and I have had those two candy bars and more:eek: , but sometimes it helps me return to the plan more agressively so it does work out, just remember to drink you water and flush away all those unwanted carbs!

Sorry to hear about the 2 candy bars:rolleyes: oh and the schmuck. I agree that the best revenge will be to stay on plan and when he sees you he'll know what a schmuck he is.
