I love the new color palette. Twilight was too grey and blue for me. Bella says Forks is too green for her but you never get to see any green.

I agree completely! She talks about the green and the rain. I felt like I was drowning in leaves reading the book but the movie make it drab and steril.
Confession: I put off watching the movie - I didn't want to ruin the image of them I had from the books (yes I read all of them). He was always Edward but Bella & Jacob...I had other images in my head of what they looked like.

Actually, when I read the books, Rob is Edward in my head but you're right, Kristen and Taylor aren't Bella and Jacob. I like them in the movie but I think for Bella since it's mostly told in her perspective, I don't have a clear picture of her in my head. For Jacob, the description is just too different from Taylor.

Oh my! I kinda feel bad for Taylor...I mean if that picture is circling the Internet and everyone is seeing it.....I don't know....regardless if it is photoshopped or not...still embarrasing to have something like that out for everyone to see. It's the same way I felt when I see some of the videos of Rob being attacked by photographers...yelling at him to turn this way and that....screaming "Hey Rob have you been working out?"....like they are his best friends....and all cramming their necks to get a photo or autograph that they will just sell and make some money on anyway...not like regular fans just seeking an autograph or picture.
