He better tell her he doesn't want her like he did the the book or I will be disappointed.

Anyways hope you enjoy!

I don't really come onto this thread too much, but I feel the need to post this here. I'm not so sure if this has been posted yet or not, I'm not going to go and look back through pages and pages of posts to see if this was posted, lol.

---------------

Anyway, I found this...

All I have to say is...

No, thank you.

I really don't see how many people will want to actually pay for this.. I mean, seriously, do people not realize that we're in a bad economy right now? The people will be paying up for a "Twilight Cruise" where they could spend all of that cash on bigger and better things or better yet, save it. I know for sure that I won't be going on that cruise.

I think its a total waste of money and time
.

these are the same people who are willing to pay $250 to attend a Twilight Convention when it shouldn't cost anywhere near that amoutn..but hey it's their waste of money not mine, so if they wanna do it, fine...but they should know they are getting ripped off(at least as far as the conventions like that are concerned)

He better tell her he doesn't want her like he did the the book or I will be disappointed.

Anyways hope you enjoy!

love the photo's

i also want to hear, "it will be like i never existed"

i would also love the whole romeo and juliet movie scene when he recites all of romeo's lines, but i am pretty sure it didn't make it to the script. to hear rob recite shakespeare would be sexy.

anyone else have quotes they'd like to hear
*****************

CP i hope you are able to get on that twilight cruise and tweet pics like crazy!

For real???????????? I didn't know guys did that! Man, the things you can learn on these boards...:upsidedow

Um, yes. For real. I have learned a lot about male behaviors since most of my friends are guys. I was told if a guy ever has an...*ahem* in basketball shorts or sweatpants they usually tuck it into the waistband. This also works if they are "free ballin." :rotfl: The worst part of knowing all this...I never even asked and we weren't even on that subject at the time :confused3

i also want to hear, "it will be like i never existed"

I hope they include this line too. It's so heartbreaking, but it's one of my favorite quotes from the book.

Yikes! This is exactly why I imagine all my male friends to be "smooth" down there, like a Ken doll! :rotfl:

:rotfl:
I need to start thinking like that myself because I'm pretty scarred after hearing some of the stories my guy friends have decided to regale me with.

They better say them the right way, because it really illustrates Bella's self-worth issues when she is with Edward.

He says, "You're no good for me" but she hears "You're not good enough for me." HUGE difference! He also never says he doesn't want her, but that he doesn't want to do this anymore. In a way, both are true. In a way, she really isn't good for him because of the agony she causes him based on the choices that loom in the future and the way his family has sort of drifted apart. (Although she is good for him in many other ways.) And he truly doesn't want to do this anymore because he doesn't want her to be like him.

This is why I wish that we had some Midnight Sun scenes in Twilight. In Midnight Sun we really see that Edward has very similar self worth issues as Bella. Since the Twilight series is told from Bella's perspective, we only get very little glimpses of this because of course to Bella, Edward is perfect. It's not until you really get inside his head that you realize that he has many of the same issues as Bella.

I'm with you! I don't think people understand the whole series at all until they've read Midnight Sun. It actually makes me wonder if that's the difference between people who just kind of like it and really like the series.

The other issue is people who are always talking about how horrible it is that Bella isn't confident yada, yada, yada. Hello! She is 17 years old! She's a stinking high schooler! I skipped high school, so went through all the teenage crap in college, but I'm sure it was similar. Your body is changing, your hormones are running amok, you're starting to become seriously interested in the opposite sex, it's a rough age. I don't know anybody who didn't have these types of feelings about something when they were a teenager. That's why I like Bella, you can identify with her even if her choices are not hte choices you would make.

That's also whey I like the 5th Harry Potter even though a lot of people don't- Harry becomes a typical teenager! It makes him relatable. It's stupid (IMO) to expect a character to be perfect, they are human after alll.

And can you imagine how hard it is for Edward? Stuck forever at 17 (no thank you!). Sort of in this limbo between old man and teenager. Never moving forward or changing, never having another person to share his life with like the rest of his family. Despising what he has become. I love how people call his relationship "unhealthy" or compare him to a stalker like it's some horrible thing. Hello, he is not even human! Okay, I feel better! :lmao:

I check on this thread from time to time...very entertaining. I looked at the pic of Taylor Lautner that had been linked to. DH was looking over my shoulder and we both had the same thought. Kid has nothing to be ashamed of. Doesn't look like the soldier was standing at attention. When the flag is at full mast he's probably quite impressive.

And now I'm off to scrub my eyeballs with holy water.

I am so embarassed to admit these were exactly my thoughts! Including the holy water. I guess you and I better not ever meet Lowie's DH ()

I agree, he was caught at a bad moment, lol, and if that's Vancouver it may have been cold, you know? ;)

YOU GUYS CRACK ME UP!

Ah, put a warning on that link! I thought you were linking to some kind of Twilight thing (didn't know what your little phrase at the bottom meant).

A warning for what? It's a public commercial. It's not a hoax.

WARNING: That link goes to a gillette razor ad.

Also, it is not Twilighty.
