That was me! Yes, I've read everything on her site now! I liked the part about the scholarship! As, if Bella wouldn't know who was behind that!! LOL

I really wish Midnight Sun was out (complete) so I could read it and Twilight at the same time. That's what I did with the first 12 (it was 12, right?) chapters and I loved reading Bella talk about faces or expressions Edward would make and then read MS and see what Edward was thinking as he made the face or expression and vice versa!

I love seeing the other side of it. I love knowing what he notices about her, and what she's oblivious to. It's funny how she makes comments pretty much grasping at straws and he's terrified that she's just so very insightful.

I still haven't read MS. I tried to read it again, but it still felt wrong to read it. I just hope she finishes it soon, so I can read it.

I LOVE Jacob. He is an integral part of the story.

I know, right? (hahaha so Jessica) Anyhoo, I agree. I actually find that I really like Jacob - and this character development is why I continue to like him in the other books. I couldn't skip at all - so of course I finished in record time because I couldn't put it down until the reunion. Then all my newborns drove me up the wall with the questions and threats to skip. Argh. But I held out, and only one skipped to the end.

I know, and I don't think badly about anyone that went ahead and read it. It's just I felt that the only reason she did that is b/c someone put it out there that wasn't supposed to, so if they hadn't stolen it in essence, she wouldn't have put it on her site and I couldn't read it. So, for me at least, I will have to wait until it's published and then I'll read it.

Delurking to join the thread goodvibes ) and say that it's good to know I'm not the only one thinking of doing this! Seeing that you have will push me over the edge to do it too.

I have to ask though, did you print out MS? If so, how long did it take? I think my poor printer might die (isn't it like 250 pages long?).

There is no way to print it (that I know)! It's a locked PDF and you can't even copy & paste. Maybe there is a way if you're a computer whiz, as for me I sat in front of the computer and read it! Boy was I stiff afterwards!

You can't print MS. It's read only... so it's online or nothing. (Unless of course, someone has figured out how to do it. ??? )
It is my favorite excerpt ever, it will end up being my favorite book of the series.... I can't wait for the day Stephenie finishes it! (I've read in a couple of places that she said she'll finish it in a couple of years, when nobody is asking about it any more. She said she has too many opinions and questions coming at her and she needs to be alone with her thoughts before she can come back to it.)

My DH says there are ways around it. There are "shady" programs out there that you can download to computer that will crack that PDF lock. You just have to know where to look and be ok with the possiblity of getting a virus with such a download. However, he's not really sure about the legal issues b/c when you start messing with PDF locks you step into hacking and that may get you into legal issues.

My friend's husband worked on it (for about an hour or so) and was able to print it. I don't think he had any "illegal" downloads. She said something about him changing file types?? I have no clue about that techno stuff. It was a pretty good copy except that everything that was italicized came out with a line through it. And the spacing was off.

I was perfectly happy reading it at my computer by the way!

That's what I did ~ screen shot of each page and then cropped out everything but the text. It came out perfectly. No way I could sit at my computer and read it all..I'd have a major headache!

My husband is really surprising me! He's almost finished with Eclipse and he actually wants to TALK about the books with me!

He enjoyed NM and Eclipse better than Twilight (you know, all that romance garbage). On his way home from work tonight he starts telling me his theories on who is creating the Newborn Army with Victoria - is it Mary from TX? Peter? Yeah, he's over-thinking that one.

Next he goes into a long tirade on how if their circumstances and genetics were different Jacob and Emmett would probably be great friends.

I just wanted him to read the books so he'd know what I was obsessing over. I didn't know I'd have a Twi-Guy on my hands!!
