Minnieme...While Edward is my "one true", Jasper is also VERY cute! He looks better every time I see the movie and don't you just love when he tells Victoria "Well, I think we can handle that!"... and the way he plays with his bat!! WOW!

You know that's how we should all end the days communcation with each other. I know when I was going to youth group at the Methodist church, we ended each night with "may the lord bless you and keep you, may......" This can be our version of that. (and yes I know I will most likely be struck down by lightning for the comparison of the two).

So tonight my DH was telling me a stupid work story and in the middle of it he says to me, casually eek: ), "Yea and this woman at work told me her nephew, well, sort of like her nephew, was in Twilight..." and he continues on.

ME:

Wha??? Wha?????

"Who was he??"

DH: "Oh.. one of the Native American kids... so I said to her, knowingly, 'Ohhh.. a werewolf'" and DH proceeds to look very smug.

ME: I grabbed him up by the shirt around his neck and pulled him close, "THIS IS SERIOUS!"

"I need to KNOW"

DH: ..... "something.. trimble..."

ME: YES, that's Sam Uley! (leah' is a Clearwater! I am just a sad, wannabe fan.. sorry Avalon, I type faster than I think, I knew better!)

ME: "This could be my IN to the filming of New Moon!! YOU NEED TO FIND OUT AND I MEAN IT!!!!!" I was fairly pained in the face as I said this.

Poor DH..... so yes, I might find out some inside details about the where's and when's of filming IF (and that's a big "if") he gets recast as Sam.

WOO HOO!!

And, of course, this could mean nothing but I'm excited for now!

I can't believe it, that's awesome!!!


On a side note, guys, I just finished reading Dead Until Dark.

Meh. Not sure how I feel about it, although a lot of people have told me the books get better as the series goes on. Then I read Blood Canticle (the last in Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles) and absolutely loved it. I don't know, maybe I can only handle my vampires if they're Twilight or Lestat inspired.

My library FINALLY got there butt in gear, and got me my copy of New Moon!!! Its a BRAND NEW paperback copy too...

And they also got me the first book in Sookie Stackhouse series too! So I am in vampire heaven right now...Once I catch up on DIS, I plan to sink into New Moon!

I didn't like it either. I thought it was good enough until the end. I don't want to give anything away but I left the book going, "stupid."

I really want you to read Darkfever....let me know what you think! There is only a minor reference to vampires so it isn't quite as distracting.
