True Confession Time. If I was out and about town one night and ran into Rob and Kellan - at say, a bar - I would probably be more attracted to Kellan than Rob. Kellan is more my "type" body wise - Rob is a bit too skinny for my tastes (which isn't to say I would pass him over, mind you. Rob is still cute.) :rotfl2:

I agree to a point. Kellan my adult self finds hotter due to the 6-pack but as soon as Rob opened his mouth and that adorable accent and smile came forth it'd be over for the cute little blonde/brunette and his 1/2 rack. :snooty:

hey CP do you mind me asking how old you are?
I am 19.

CP
When were in Oregon? You're visiting my neck of the woods! :) Book 3 hasn't been quite as spine tingle-ing to me as the first two were but so far so good. I'll let you know how I feel about the ending probably by tomorrow!

My brother lives in Oregon, I've been there twice. That pic is from my most recent trip in the Summer of 2005. I plan to take another trip this summer.

Rob hands down. I have always had a thing for British boys...especially Brits in bands... yum. Even my hubby knows me love for the Brits...too bad he isn't good at faking an accent.

I am right there with ya on all of this...I love british accents!!!

CP,

RE: Book three is over... I was so mad! But, she wrote long enough after the "climax" to soothe my mind and I was at peace by the very end.

Yup, I've been staring at the fact that his shirt is ridding up on the first pic for a good three minutes... :faint:

That second picture you posted, Laura, is the face I want to greet me when I wake up in the morning. OME!!!! Not fair for one person to be so beautiful.

I had to chuckle after reading the MTV article with KL. It's funny that he and Jackson (I read another interview with him a while ago) think they'll have a larger role in New Moon. Their characters are hardly in the book! I'd love to see more of them, of all the Cullens, but I don't think it's going to happen in this movie!

OK i have to say that this is a GREAT picture!!! :faint: ::yes:: I do love his accent, and think he's a hottie...BUT as some of you know (especialy my Facebook girls :p ) i have been team Emmett/Kellan from the start!!! LOL
While i do think Kellan looks great as a blonde, there is just something about him with his dark hair...mmmmm:blush:

From another thread.

Here is a free download for a Vampire/Romance ebook. :surfweb: Now before you get too excited, it is NOT a Stackhouse book, or an Ann Rice book, or even, I suppose, :confused3 one of the better vampire books. It is a Harlequin paranormal romance book. As I don't read any vampire books, I don't know how their stories stack up to regular vampire books.

But free is free, :cool1: and as people are huddling inside nowadays because of the weather, :cold: I figure it's good for a try, especially if you aren't expecting much.

Yesterday, there was full-page ad in USA Today saying that Harlequin is celebrating it's 60th anniversary by giving away free ebook downloads. www.harlequincelebrates.com. I checked out the page, and there doesn't seem to be a catch. The types of downloads are in digital formats including: Adobe PDF, eReader, MS Reader, & ePub.

They also have 15 other Harlequin Romance books in a variety of romance genres that can be downloaded. I downloaded many of the other books as well, in PDF. I actually like Harlequin's romantic suspense genre for quick, easy reads. The files are about 2 MB and take only a few seconds each to download. :thumbsup2

The Vampire book is: Kiss Me Deadly by Michele Hauf. It's the fourth one from the left.
It looks like this:

Here's the book description:

If someone reads it quickly or reads some of the other Harlequin paranormals, post a review here so others know what to expect. :goodvibes

Happy reading! :coffee:

I had a twilight moment major in my zoology class we are learning about planera the flatworm like in the first biology scene :) great pics by the way how did catch him when he was looking at me? LOL

thanks for the invite's ladies!

And thanks for the pics CP and the link DVC! (though I don't know that I"ll use it as I'm too cheap to print and I can't stand reading on the computer :( )

I had a moment today. While at was at Borders shopping for some books they had the Twilight soundtrack playing. So I got to search for books while listening to Rob's lovely voice, Fightless Bird, American Mouth and Bella's Lullaby.

I agree with that, up to the point that Rob starts talking. Then his accents wins everytime. I've always liked big mountain-like muscular men. (Well except for that phase as a teen when I loved Tony Hawk and any skater.) So, in that way Kellan would win out, until Rob spoke and then he accent would put him way above any amount of muscle Kellan has. Also, Kellan has a little a disadvantage in that he reminds me of a boy that was in my afterschool class at a daycare. The kid loved Harry Potter and we talked about it all the time. Anytime I see Kellan, I want to talk Harry Potter with him.:lmao:

Sounds like a great time. I'm just glad that soundtrack has replaced the Jonas Brothers in my car. My boys love it. Well except my oldest DS hates Bella's Lullaby.
My DH bought me an iPhone this week and the first thing I did was buy both soundtracks off of iTunes. I already have the non-score one on CD, but I haven't figured out how to get the music from the CD to the iPod, so I saved myself some sanity and just bought it again. I was glad I did though, the iTunes one had several bonus songs that I did not get with the CD.
