How about Team Switzerland?? :rolleyes1

I love Edward, and know that he is the only one Bella could have been with, but I don't hate Jacob...he's just your average, clueless teenage boy acting out how he feels (poorly I may add, but hey, he's only sixteen!).

Team Edward here too.

Love Jacob but he's a better friend.
It would have sucked if he would have imprinted on Bella!

I've heard so many positive reviews about this series. It's not my typical genre, but I'm almost convinced to check it out from the library.

For those of you near Los Angeles...

OPENING NOVEMBER 21ST:

TWILIGHT (PG13) Drama
ArcLight Hollywood, ArcLight Sherman Oaks
Bella Swan has always been a little bit different, never caring about fitting in with the trendy girls at her Phoenix high school. When her mother re-marries and sends Bella to live with her father in the rainy little town of Forks, Washington, she doesn't expect much of anything to change. Then she meets the mysterious and dazzlingly beautiful Edward Cullen, a boy unlike any she's ever met. Edward is a vampire. Intelligent and witty, Edward sees straight into Bella's soul. Soon, they are swept up in a passionate, thrilling and unorthodox romance. But what will Edward & Bella do when a clan of new vampires -- James, Laurent and Victoria -- come to town and threaten to disrupt their way of life? Director: Catherine Hardwicke. Cast: Kristen Stewart, Billy Burke, Peter Facinelli, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Reaser.
A Q&A with director Catherine Hardwicke will follow the 5:00pm screening on Saturday (11/22).

I just wish they'd found a "dazzlingly beautiful" actor to play Edward. Rob just doesn't do it for me. According to the guy at Hot Topic the other night, the majority of people who come into that store don't think he's the right Edward either.

Time will tell. There is less than a month until the opening. I wonder if seeing the movie will change my mind.

I didn't like the choice of Edward at first but Rob has grown on me. I can't wait til I get to go to the Lexicon showing with my bf. He came and visited me for my birthday on Wednesday and I sent him off with one of my extra copies so he could read it before the movie!

As for the whole team Edward/Jacob, I've never understood the point of that.

I think Robert was a great choice for Edward. Edward is supposed to be beautiful (IMO Rob is very very beautiful) but yet still fierce looking. You have got to admit that his eyes have this fierceness to them that are in and of themself dazzingly beautiful.

I like him with this short beard. I hate, Hate, HATED the shaggy beard he had in the one interview I saw. :scared:

I think the beard makes him more older looking so its easier (more legal) to like him when you are our age.

I am all the way Jacob. I know I'm in the minority, but Breaking Dawn did that to me.

I was boarding the fence until I read the last book.

Edward was not the same Edward to me in that book.

I loved New Moon and I loved it in Eclipse when Jacob was tooting his own in so many times before the fight.

Hate them both!:sad1: I do however really like Decode from Paramore so I guess there is still hope for the soundtrack.

OT Just an observation but am I the only one who thinks Rob is HOT as Edward but majorly skanky in real life?????

Really?

I adore them both, especially Rob's song, the lyrics are beautiful. The Lullaby was also very lovely, brought tears to my eyes as I listened.

I liked the song by Yiruma that everyone thought was going to be Bella's lullaby. The one they have is more simple than I would have liked. I don't feel the romance.

And I looove scruffy Rob, but I have a thing for lumberjack men. :rotfl:

Scuffy ia one thing. I actually like scruffy. I do not ,however, go for the trailertrash havn't bathed in a week look!!!

Just to let you guys know the song Lets go all the way(into the Twilight) from the Twilight soundtrack is now up on Stephenie Meyer's page for your listening enjoyment. I will warn you though it sounds like it should be in the Spongebob movie not my beloved Twilight. After hearing some of the songs from the soundtrack I am having some serious doubts about the movie.:scared1:

Thanks for posting the songs! They are so hard to hear though (which we knew they would be). I look forward to being able to really hear them next week!
