I am going to buy the ones I saw on Ebay. They are a black tshirt and in white it says Team Edward then under that it says I run with Vampires. I love it and I'm going to order one for my sister too!

Did you guys see that Stephenie's site is updated with the actual playlists for her books now? You can just listen to them all through her site. I thought that was pretty cool as I didn't want to search for all the songs online and play them individually I'm listening to them while I work. I am way too obsessed .

I finished reading Twilight to my DD tonight, so I've made it through that book twice in the last few weeks. My DS came in while I was reading aloud to his sister and was very angry. I'll read it to him if he wants me to, but he's able to finish the book on his own, too.

I'm number 2 at the library for New Moon. I can't wait for that be available. I guess we'll just have to start Dead Until Dark to tie us over.

Yeah, I wish! But our December trips are always short ones... not enough time to even do all the park and holiday stuff we want. Oh well, anticipation will just make it sweeter, and DS and I will see it as soon as we get back!!

Now if the very selfish person who is holding on to Eclipse would just turn it back into my local library, I would be very happy....

Oh. My. Goodness.

I'm breathless.

I just spent the last three days reading the Twilight series. One book a day. I couldn't function. I couldn't put it down. I picked the first book up at Barnes and Noble based on the fact that I'd been seeing this thread title on the DIS (I hadn't even clicked it open, just scrolled over the first post!)

I wasn't halfway through the first book when I took it with me in the car back to Barnes and Noble to buy the other two. I had to take it with me so I could continue reading at stoplights!!

So I guess I'm officially joining this clique thread.

For those of you who don't know me, "Hi. My name is Joy and I am so totally team Edward!"

Now I'm off to read this thread for all the great conversation I missed.

What do you think the significance of the cover art is on all the books?

I don't want to read too far into things, but the chess piece on the cover of the final book makes me think that Jacob might be coming back for revenge? I hope he doesn't. I'm ready for a happy ending.

When does the movie come out? Is there anyone not actually excited about the movie? I peeked at some of the pictures of the characters and watching the movie reminded me of how young they were. I know they're only teenagers but in my mind when I read these books, they were much much older. I think it might be a letdown to see them so young on screen.

I just downloaded and read the rough draft of the first chapter of Midnight Sun...well done. WELL DONE. Gives some new perspective to Edward for sure.

Welcome Joy G! I am Deb and I am completely breathless, too! I finished Eclipse today-I ended up rushing through it because I was so tense about everything that was going on. I was so emotionally involved that I felt ill all afternoon after finishing it. I just felt so bad for everyone (no spoiler here as it's not really a bad ending). Isn't that crazy? I, too picked up the first book after reading a few posts of this thread. I thought "there's no way I'll be reading these books more than once, I outgrew that in college" (I can never get through the stack of books by my nightstand as it is.) Wow! I read Twilight, then New Moon, then Twilight, then Eclipse (with The Host thrown in the middle). I am going to start either re-reading New Moon or Eclipse now. What a great series! I loved the Midnight Sun exerpt. I can't wait for the movie to come out, too. If I can't drag anyone with me (still trying to get my teenagers to finish the first book but they are slow readers), I'll go by myself!

I'm totally joining this thread. I read Twilight in 2 days. I got completely wrapped up in the love story of Edward and Bella. It was as if I was there and I love books like that. I'm more than halfway through New Moon and just started it on Wednesday. I have Eclipse all ready to read once I'm done with New Moon, but I don't want to read too fast because then I have to wait until August for Breaking Dawn! sigh..... Then December for the movie..... yes but remember they are vampires...the appearance is that of young people but they are more than 100 years old

I know exactly what you're talking about. When I was halfway through with Twilight I told a girl at work about it and said as soon as I'm done with this book you have to read it. Well I got done with the book but I couldn't give it to her. I knew I'd be rereading it again right away! And I never read books twice!
