I'm about halfway through with New Moon now. I am loving it! My dd has been really busy with UIL but I can't wait until I have time to talk to her about it.
You're lucky to have someone to talk to. My youngest son just finished Twilight - it took him literally a month and if I ask him anything or talk about it he's just like
. Like "okay mom, it was fine, but I don't want to talk any more!" Of course he's like that about everything, but still!Oldest DS has read all 3 and I've tried talking with him and asking him questions and he takes anything I say as criticism and says "Why do you have to always ruin everything?" He's one of these people who I swear just takes everything at face value and doesn't go any deeper. If we're watching a movie and I say "Why would he do that? I wouldn't", he'd say something like "Yes, mom, you're perfect. Now go away because you're ruining the movie!"
Just frustrating because I want to talk about them and don't have anyone to talk to! Trying to get middle DS to read them, but he's not a reader - but he would be fun to talk to. Maybe I'll try harder!

I can't wait to see her today though, I have stuff to say about the book.
You know, your imaginary friends! (It's what I call my on-line friends...)
