Twilight check in

Hi,
Hope someone out there can help me, we are going to Orlando in June with Thomas Cook holidays, but the flight is with Virgin!

Does any one know if we can still use the Virgin twilight check in even though we arent actually booked with Virgin Holidays?

Sorry if I sound stupid but I really dont know (help)
