TvLand All Witch Weekend is on

My dd is so happy to be able to watch Bewitched. It's one of her favorite shows. Mine too.

My mom pointed something out that I think is kinda funny. All the witches on that show has a name that ends with an a (Samantha, Clara, Tabitha, Endora, Serena, Hagatha, Enchantra etc). She told my dd that meant all witches must have a name that end with an a. Well, Sara kinda liked that thought. Everyone of my mom's granddaughters and 1 of her grandsons has a name that ends with an a.

I've always loved "Bewitched," too. So, who do you like better, Darrin #1 or Darrin #2? I liked the first Darrin.

Also, did you know they're thinking of making a "Bewitched" movie? Nicole Kidman is probably going to play Samantha, and they're trying to get Jim Carrey for Darrin. Wouldn't that be perfect casting?

Endora was a great character and so were Uncle Arthur and Dr Bombay. Chloris Leachman might make a good Endora. This new movie could be a lot of fun.

Tough call. I think #1.

No, I didn't know that! I could see those 2 playing those parts perfectly.

I always wished I could twinkle my nose like Samantha. I also wished I had her "powers". Especially when I watch her clean up her kitchen just by twinkling her nose.

TIVO has been set for record only 5 which means that once it hit 5 copies of Bewitched it has been dropping one to record one........So, it's been taping for 13 hrs and I only have 2.5 hours of tape......

Well at least my DH pointed out my mistake.....

I loooove Bewitched! My all time fav tv show! You know who'd make a great Endora for the movie? Barbara Eden! She played a very Endora-like character on Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and she'd be perfect.

Now I depressed! I agreed to babysit my 7 month old nephew. They've only been out once since his birth on Valentine's day. He went to sleep about 8. I watched the PIR and was hoping to turn to TVland for the rest of the night while my sister goes out to dinner and to a movie that doesn't start til 9:30. And I find out about 8:15 they don't even have cable. So I'm stuck here with about 5 channels. Yuck! So here I am on the boards looking around. Had to call the sister to get her password to log in. She has someother internet provider. I hope all of you are enjoying TVland. Can't wait to get home which propably won't be until 11ish.
