TV selections at POR

This is our first trip to WDW so I am not sure what to expect. Do the TV's at WDW (will be staying at POR) run kids shows through out the day/evening? I guess the reason I ask is my 3 year old usually falls asleep for her afternoon nap watching a kids tape of something (she not too picky, but probably would not fall asleep say watching Oprah =-)). Thus, I was wondering should I bring (but I already feeling I am taking toooo much to WDW) or rent a DVD/VCR and bring movies or can I count on there always being soming "kid friendly" on TV. I hate Disney TV. Your daughter should love it though as they do play the Disney channel and Disney movies. I also know that they have some sort of story telling for children's bedtime over the TV as well. As for rest of TV programming well most of what is broadcast is Disney advertisement (park/hotel promotions, DVC promotion, etc.) then all of your regular stations with only a few cable stations (mainly news channels). Check out a site called wdwig as she has something listed about Disney TV and what is broadcast for children. Have a great time.
