Tv at the Resorts

We recently stayed at POR. I was surprised to see the tv channels had changed. I had real tv, direct tv as a matter of fact. No more just Disney channels and a few others. So my question is, have all resorts went to the new channels or is it just POR? I know you're not supposed to sit in the room watching tv at WDW, but it's great for afternoon breaks and bedtime.

We didn't watch much TV, but I noticed just the basics and a lot of Disney channels (Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, and AK:KV).

we had directv at ASMovies. We called and ordered it for our house the day after we got home! Hubby watched NFL Network everyday and daughter watched DisneyJunior shows!

The channel line up was just recently expanded at the resorts.

Just got back from Yacht club and we had direct tv in our room. What a pleasant surprise to have REAL tv in Disney and not just that annoying girl showing the parks

Stacey is still doing the "triple mountain whammy" and all of the other Disney Resort TV channels are still there.

CBR had it in April, was really nice because I cannot sleep without the tv on at night. TVLand is my friend
