Tuxedo Confusion!!!

DH rented a tux package to be delivered to the ship. I cannot tell from the postings, though, if he will get his "money's worth"? How many nites will he actually get to wear it? Is it too formal for Palo's? He does NOT want to bring a jacket--that is why he did the rental delivered to the stateroom bit--please let me know how many times he will be able to wear the tux and also if he will have to pack another jacket as well?

Hi ilovemky,

I brought my Tuxedo and wore it both Sun. and Thurs. on the 4/6 Magic. It is not too formal for Palo's, particularly if you dine there on one of the above nights. However, I also brought a linen sportcoat in case I needed it. Beyond that he will have little to pack. Tropical shirt (for Tues.), a few other summer weight shirts, khakis, shorts, and swim stuff.

DH also wore his tux both Sun and Thur night. He did bring a sportcoat to wear to Palos since we had planned to go there a different night.

My DH rented a tux (I accidentally forgot his suits at home) and I believe he kept it the entire cruise. He also wore it for our dinner at Palo's and he wasn't out of place at all.
