Tux/Suit ?

We are doing the 7 nite Eatern on magic this year,this will be our first cruise with a formal nite.I don't fancy wearing a tux,will I be out of place with a normal suit ? Do some men just wear smart shirt and tie with dress trousers.I'm not a 'suit wearing person'..Help please,

You will be fine with most whatever you wear. On our last two Disney trips there was everything from a tux to just shirt and pants. I do the tux thing just because it's a fun night for the family to dress up and get that nice picture taken. But you won't be out of place without one. Enjoy your cruise.

You'll be completely fine without a tux, and even a nice shirt and tie will be fine. I saw very few tuxes on our cruise.
