Tux rental question

I was wondering if anyone rented the tuxes from Disney or if they rented them from home and brought it with them to Disney.

I was wondering which would be better because after our wedding we are planning to stay at wdw for maybe a week and then go on a Disney cruise. We didn't want to have to pay for extra days that when we didn't need the tuxes and drag it around with us.
Is it possible to even rent tuxes at Disney and if so, can we still get them fitted 2 days before the wedding?

We rented ours through Mens Warehouse. They guys live in different states. Were able to go get fitted then we will pick them up at the Orlando Mens Warehouse the friday before the wedding. Some people use Carolyn Allens and After Hours. Carolyn Allens will deliver to Disney resorts and some of the After Hours will also. Oh and they will pick the tuxes back up.

We (FFIL) are taking ours back to Mens Warehouse the day after the wedding.

We rented from Carolyn Allen's. They deliver tuxes and also pick them up from your resort. We had them delivered and fitted on Saturday and got married on Monday. Hope that helps!

We are using Carolyn Allens. She comes very highly recommended from Disney and other people as well. She is also coming to our room the morning of the wedding to steam all the dresses.

We faxed the measurements and tux styles and 2 days before the wedding ca is coming to our resort to fit the guys. Then she is picking up the tuxes the day after the wedding.

We are doing the same thing. The groomsmen/dads are in 5 different states so it is easiest to have everyone go to their local MW to be fitted. Then they send all of the info to the Orlando store and you just have to pick them up.

Eek I'm sorry. I left that up to DF. He picked black tux with white vest and tie for him. Black tux and silver vest and tie for the guys. Our DD's are both active duty Army so they are wearing their Dress Blues.

We used After Hours and they were great. The tux's were at the hotel before we checked in an picked up the day after the wedding. The groomsmen and dads got their measurments done at local tux shops and faxed their measurments to Linda at After Hours. We had the tux's two days early. My father's did not fit correctly so they delivered new pants and vest the day before the wedding.

He actually went in the store. He had a idea before but when he went in and saw the fabrics and colors in person he chnages his mind. I wanted pink. He didnt like the "Texture" of them GL

You go through the orlando conventions department to place the order- they are they only ones who do the delivery. the women's name is Linda.

You go to your local after hours for measurements and then fax it to the conventions woman.

It was easy. The contact information for the After Hours can be found on the wishbook. But, if you have a local After Hours they can set it up for you and contact Linda. Just bring them her contact info off the wishbook. She is the only one that does the Disney deliveries. All your men can go to a local tux place and get "courtesy measurements" and fax them to Linda. She will email you all the forms. I am away on business otherwise I would give you all the info.

Thank you for the info! All of our guys have been measured but everything is set up for us to pick the tuxes up. I am going to go to our After Hours tomorrow and see if we can get a delivery arranged. I feel like it would be tons easier plus it would allow us to spend more time in the parks . I had remember reading about the possibility of delivery before but when I asked our store they weren't sure. Hopefully taking all of the correct information in helps . Thanks again!
