I'm making my toddler a tutu dress for Halloween, and thought maybe I'd make a few more for our trip next May. Has anyone used one on their trip? Is it too itchy, hot? Should I just stick with normal clothes with a Disney theme?

I would stick with normal clothes. If you do the tutus, might want to think about a layer underneath because FL does get warm in May and it may become itchy

Thank you. We've been a couple times in June, but didn't know if May would be a bit cooler. My older daughter wore a princess dress over her clothes some days, but don't have any tutu experience.:-)

We are going in late January and I'm making my 8 year old themed tutus to wear. The average temp for that time of year is just a bit warmer than the temperatures we are currently having here in PA. I am planning on making some leggings to go under the tutus in case they get itchy.

Good question! I'd think they'd be itchy. Maybe tutus to go with Disney themed shirts? And she could wear shorts underneath and ditch the tutu if it's too bothersome. I'd also be concerned that the tutu would be fluffy and would make buckling ride seat belts a pain. :)
