I am nervous....we have ADRs for Tutto Italia. Should I keep them or change? We want to have dinner at Epcot, but we are unsure if we've made a good choice or not! This is our last evening in the World!

We really enjoyed Tutto in November. I thought the food was very good and it was a steal on DDP (with app and tip). Still a good DDP deal I would think. We really liked it. :)

Thanks! We are on the DxDDP, and this is our last night at WDW. We cancelled Hoop De Doo for Tutto!

Just looked on allears for dining reviews, but I didn't see any. Anyone out there eaten at Tutto Italia?

We went last month and it was fantastic. I have a ton of pics and reviews from our April trip in my signature

My parents went last week and loved it. They want to go back for their trips in June and September.

I was there in December and thought it was very good. We'll be going again next week.
It's more authentic Italian food vs American Italian food. (There is no chicken parm or fried calamari on the menu, much to the dismay of the couple sitting next to me)

This is what we had (cut/paste from allears - I had to peek to remember everything)

Cozze Marinara - mussels in a spicy tomato and garlic sauce
Polpettini Agro-Dolce - meatballs with sweet and sour tomato sauce

Lasagna al Forno with meat ragu, bechamel and parmesan
(delicious, tasted like my grandmother's. The pasta was definitely home made - very thin layers - not the thick rubbery ronzoni stuff)

Braised Pork Shank with creamy polenta and root vegetables
(my husband's - said the meat fell off the bone..I don't remember him having polenta though, so maybe they changed the sides)

Gianduja - Chocolate Torta - chocolate and hazelnut torte with whipped cream and raspberry sauce :thumbsup2

My husband's dessert isn't on the menu anymore - it was a kind of cream puff.

My 4 year old had pasta, tomato sauce on the side, no meatballs. He pretty much ate that all week wherever we went. :headache:

I highly recommend it. Some people here hate it because it's expensive and they feel it's not worth it. Other people love it BECAUSE it's expensive so they geel like they're hitting a DDP jackpot.
I happen to like Italian food and thought it was very good, regardless of the price. You never know until you try it for yourself.

We ate there in Feb and really enjoyed it! Some of the entrees ordered at our table were the salmon, the lamb and the bucatini pasta - all were wonderful.

This makes me happy... We are planning to go in November... DH and I both want to get the Lasagna.... Also good to know that we can get the kids meal with sauce on the side....Both of our kids do like sauce but very little.. It is nice to be able to control that....

Thanks for the reviews everyone!

Here is my review from a live trip report I did back in early April.

After we left Future World we headed back to Italy for our Tutto Italia reservation. This restaurant has a formal atmosphere to it. The chandaliers and wall paintings give it a more upscale feel. As I was looking through the menu I was shocked at the cost of the entrees. There was bread and a small dish of raw vegatables served to us prior to ordering our meal. Most of them were in the mid $20 range while others were in the mid $30 range. I chose to eat the spaghetti with meatballs. This entree was priced at $25...:scared1:. Now I understand the price of wheat has gone up recently, but a plate of spaghetti with meatballs should not cost $25. Kim had the bruchitina linguini. It looked life a baked fettucini alfredo. I will say the food was very good. Our dishes were well prepared For dessert Kim had the chocolate cake and I had the Chiraposseles; which was 3 puff pasteries filled with vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate syrup.

The total cost of our bill was $108 without the tip, but it cost us 1 table service credit each from the dining plan. If I had to pay out of pocket for this meal I would have left the restaurant in tears . This is a great dining plan restaurant, but I would not pay cash for it. Bottom line; its overpriced itialian food.

Here are some photos of our the restaurant and our dishes.

My spaghetti and meatballs. $25 :scared1:

My dessert. Very tasty, but not worth the $10 price tag.

Thanks very much! I think it was after reading your review that made me want to make the ADR in the first place! I had read on another thread that someone was disappointed...so I thought I would run it up the flag pole. It appears that there is much more positive feedback than negative.....think I'll keep my ressies!

Thanks again.
