Is anyone planning on being one of the first to try it??? Would love to know what the menu is and how you liked it!!!

When I was making my Reservations a couple of weeks ago they told me they were not yet accepting reservations since the restaurant would be closed for renovations. I will be at WDW the first 10 days of September and we were interested in checking it out but so far no luck. It's funny that all the current info out there says that it will reopen under the new name on Sept. 1. but the dining reservations people say it will be closed.

I also inquired about it, but they didnt' have much info. We were wating to try it also. Anybody know anything?

I just talked to the Disney reservationist to ask if they had any info about the new Italy restaurant and he told me it should be on the website now. I looked and I didn't find anything.

Allearsnet doesn't have anything either.

BUT... has anyone heard about the DELUXE dining plan? I am so excited about that! You get three TS meals and two snacks per person per day. Cost wise, it's probably about twice the amount of the disney dining plan, but way less than premium or platinum. Maybe there should be a different thread regarding this? I don't mean to change the subject.

Of course, they won't let anyone use it until 2008. Sigh. I could have really enjoyed it this coming december!
