Tutto Italia - who has eaten there?

Tutto was our favorite meal in Sept. We went for lunch on the 15th of this month, sad to say it was very different this time. The menu has changed, the pasta w/crab is gone, as well as, the bucatanni. I ordered the farfelle in cream sauce with peas-very little flavor. DH had the lasagna, he left half on this plate. Again, I don't know why but it also lacked. It was very bland. I was quite shocked as this man will eat anything. I am so hoping we just got an off day, as we loved this place. Service still rate a 100% though, they were great.

Thanks, sounds yummy. why no ham? Are you vegetarian? It sounds like just cheese and peas - does it include pasta? I am always looking for good vegetarian meals as both my sons are vegetarian...

Yup, I dont eat things with a face. It was bowtie pasta with the cheese and peas, very yummy!!!!

Do you know if they can do vegan there? or just vegetarian? DH and I love Italian food, but it can be really difficult to explain "vegan" in an Italian restaurant, even though we've found that a lot of restaurants at WDW do understand.

Maybe they just took them off the lunch menu? Those are the 2 dishes I was considering getting for dinner. I still see them listed on the All Ears menus.

I would have it noted on your ADR, and then call them directly. I am amazed and thrilled at how accommodating WDW is for everyone. I have never had nothing to eat at WDW, it might not have been something I was crazy about but they do accommodate.

That is so so true. In fact, not only have I never had nothing to eat at WDW, but I've only extremely rarely been disappointed. It's probably the most vegan-friendly place in America...and I live in NYC, so I'm holding it up against a pretty high standard! Before I was vegan, I was a vegetarian and WDW is superb for that, too.

Dinners have been great for us there, been there 3 times now.

Never gave the lunch vs dinner thing a thought:confused3 I hope that is what happened to us and that it was an isolated incidence.

Ate there in October and loved it. The tables are pretty packed in the dining room but the food and service are great! Enjoy!! :)

I'm so happy to read these reviews! We are looking forward to trying Tutto!

TI was a highlight of one of my summer WDW vacations last June. The running joke was that I saved $70 with my DDE on my meal alone!

Now I am so excited to eat here - it is our dinner spot on our first night (next Sat):cool1: I hope the crabmeat pasta is still available - I've been eyeing that dish on the allearsnet menu!

We did not enjoy Alfredo's at all so we are sooo hoping for a great meal at Tutto, from all the reports I have read we will be enjoying one....
Can't choose from the menu so guess I will wing it when I get there!

Wow, we ate here tonight and everyone in our party of 7 thought it was excellent. There wasn't one dish or dessert that we found lacking. Everything was delicious. Honestly, there were so many good choices that we weren't sure what to pick so we picked several and then several of us shared so we could have a little bit of everything. We will definitely be back our next trip!

I must be the one person in the world who didn't like the place. DH and I loved Alfredo's and found the food there to be much more "authentic" than what we had at the new Tutto. In fact what we had at Tutto was prepared poorly and was what I'd describe as gross. The ham in my meal was grissly pieces of meat, the peas seemed to be canned, the cream sauce from a jar and DH's lasagne noodles were complete mush. We were very disappointed with both our meals.

Can't figure out why people are liking it here.

Ok - I'm the 2nd to say I don't like it either. We ate there on 11/18 and I felt like I was very crowded (there were only 2 of us so we got one of the little tiny tables) and to quote my husband "it tasted like chef boy r dee out of a can". :confused3

We ate there last summer. The food was great and the desserts were excellent. A little too formal setting for me....but it wouldn't stop me from going again. Hey haw, can't wait.
