Does anyone know what kind of gluten free pasta they use? I'd like to make it at home. It was even better than the regular stuff.

I am so happy to hear that they have GF pasta. I was just scouring the boards looking for the best places to eat with a wheat allergy. I assumed the Italian restaurants were out. This is amazing news for my DD6.

We've never ate pasta at Tutto because the baked Fish (no coating) with fresh grilled veggies is so good. People are usually disappointed with any kind of pasta at an Italian restaurant.
