Would they let me have the antipasto as my entree on the regular DDP?

No, I don't believe so.
It is considered an appetizer, even though you want it as your entree, and therefore not covered

Extremely unlikely. The non-Disney owned restaurants are pretty strict about the rules of the dining plan. The antipasto platter is on the appetizer section of the menu so the restaurant would not be reimbursed by Disney because appetizers aren't included on the DDP.

You could order it OOP and save your credit for another time or maybe towards a 2 credit show or sig dinner.
