Tusker House Lunch Review

I had to make a quick mention of the Tusker house. We only did lunch in it one day last week when we were at Animal Kingdom and cant say enough good things about it. The lunch cost $22 a head...kids were $9 but soooo worth it. It was lovely to get in and sit down in a nice restaurant style after having eaten fast food for days. The server was awesome and couldnt do enough for us. he even had the chef make my kids some fries when he noticed they werent eating much. The lunch buffet was delicious! They had chicken curry, nann breads, samosas that are to die for and a carvery..just about anything you can think of. The desserts are amazing too..I had to try a little bit of everything...mmmmmmm. We even got brought hot coffee to round off the lunch. This was definitely the best meal we had the whole vacation and I would highly recommend it if you can fit it into your budget. We were so stuffed when we left that place we could hardly eat another thing the whole day. It was worth every penny. Tusker House..you rock!

but the kids didn't like it?? I have reservations but am worried the kids won't like it.

You know, we were there last May for dinner and I think they had the obligatory chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, & corn. They had pork roast- very good and not spicy, and mashed potatoes and gravy. They had a wide variety of things and my kids are pikcy but they liked it here ( good deserts, too). I want to say they had roast chicken as well???
