Anyone have any info on how they are going to handle Tusker House dining packages for the Jungle Book show for the next few weeks? I see on easywdw.com that they are planning to release dining packages tomorrow for the show that will start on May 28. However, with Tusker House already being pretty well booked solid for many days in the next few weeks, I'm not sure what they will do. For example, we are planning on being at AK on June 3. Just looked at there are absolutely no breakfast, lunch, or dinner times available on that day (for a party of 2 or 4).

I know you typically cannot just change your existing ADR to a dining package, but instead have to rebook. However, unless people start actually cancelling their existing ADR's first, where are they going to find the time slots to add in dining packages?

You can't be sure TH is booked solid for packages. Packages are always booked from separate inventory. They may have held inventory units for TH pending this release, that are specifically designated for packages.

I'm sure they've done exactly what Auroraborealis said. They've deliberately held back tables in anticipation of the release of the dining packages. These will become available when they release show times.

I already have a TH dinner ADR for one of our AK days in Nov. I'll use it along with a FP if I can't eventually get a Dining package. Although heaven only knows how long I'll have to wait for that. If I'm still waiting for hours and showtimes in Oct, I'll be one unhappy camper.
