Tusker House Breakfast

If I make reservations for Tusker House breakfast before the park opens, how do I get there? Will the buses be running that early in the morning? We will be staying at WL. I was just wondering if we would have to drive over to AK. Thanks for the help.

We had reservations before the park opened as well. We stayed at All Star Movies and there was a bus running that early.

There are always early buses running to get you to the parks for early ADR...Just make sure you have your confirmation number for your reservation...You will go in through one entrance for ADR only...There will be someone there is all the reservations to make sure you have one before letting you in...But getting there is no problem on the bus.

We stayed at Pop and got out to the buses at 7:15 for our 8am ADR at Tusker House. Worked out nicely. There is a sign right above one of the turnstyles for the breakfast.

Great post. We are going before park opening in May. Our reservation is at 8:05. Generally speaking, if we are finished before park opens, can we get onto the rides?

No, they have ropes blocking the paths outside the restaurant, but with an 8:05 ressie you can stuff yourself, see the characters and be out a few minutes before 9 and then wait by the rope and you will basically walk right on the safari.

Yes, this is right...You will not be able to go on rides before the park opens because ropes block the paths to the rides...However, it has been our experience that when we eat at 8:05 we finish only few minutes before 9:00 because we do not rush and wait for all the characters to come around...We take a quick "potty" break before leaving Tusker...Then we walk right over the safari (just a few steps away).

Give yourself a ton of time to get there. The buses are running, but you can expect a wait.

We planned a 45 minute travel time from when we left our room at Boardwalk. No, most of that time wasn't walking the long hallways of the Boardwalk. We got there right on time.
